Day 1:

This inviting and flavorful destination showcases a menu that includes ingredients and products that are locally sourced at every turn. The team here is led by Chef Sean Blomgren and guests can count on enjoying elevated menu options that are sure to satisfy. Here, people connect over amazing dishes and drinks whether they drop by before a hike or after a day on the slopes. Some of the fan-favorite menu offerings include the Spruce burger as well as a long lineup of savory soups and fresh salads. The menu also features fried chicken steak sandwiches and fried calamari as well as tuna carpaccio, charcuterie boards, grilled cheese, and seared tuna. Day 2:

The second day of your stay features time enjoyed at The Tipsy Trout which is a place for fins and fermentables. This local restaurant in Stowe VT pairs a Vermont-inspired approach to cooking with the region’s premium seafood selections too. The vibe here is energetic and welcoming and no matter what you order up, you’ll find there’s a bold handcrafted cocktail on the menu to match. They’re open from noon until 9:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays and until 7:00 pm all other days of the week. Day 5:

The last day of your stay is all about ending things on a sweet note. Start by enjoying breakfast at The Skinny Pancake. Located at 454 Mountain Road next to Stowe Cinema, The Skinny Pancake is a great place to enjoy crepes downtown. You’ll want to make sure a stop at La Shack is also on the itinerary today because this is where you can purchase made-to-order s’mores and hot cocoa upon request. La Shack sits just behind the Village Pergolas and is the perfect place to satisfy your sweet tooth.
