Yes, All of our properties listed are located on the Spruce Peak Property / Stowe Mountain Resort steps from the lifts. We do not rent homes off property.

Guests staying inside the Lodge At Spruce Peak will check in at the front desk, which is open 24 hours. For guests staying at any other properties not within the Lodge, instructions on entry will be sent 24 hours prior to your stay.

If you're lodging at the Lodge At Spruce Peak, valet parking costs $35 per night per car. Alternatively, complimentary parking for one car is provided in the outdoor garage. For guests staying at our other properties outside the Lodge at Spruce Peak, please inquire about the parking arrangements at each respective location, as they vary.

Rentals inside the Lodge At Spruce Peak have full access to the outdoor pool & hot tub. For guests staying at our other properties outside the Lodge at Spruce Peak, please inquire about the hot tub & pool at each respective location it varies.

Access to the workout room at all properties requires a $125 day pass or paid spa treatment of $125 or more. Alternatively, there's a lovely gym available at the Swimming Hole down the road, priced at $25 per day.

Check-in time is at 4 pm, and check-out time is at 11 am for all properties. Should early check-in be possible, we'll notify you via text. For guests staying at the Lodge At Spruce Peak, our front desk operates 24 hours a day for your convenience.

Certain properties welcome dogs, with a maximum of two dogs per room weighing 100 lbs or less. The first dog incurs a $200 fee, while the second dog incurs a $100 fee; these charges are one-time fees. Before bringing your dogs, please thoroughly review and comprehend our PET POLICY. Pet fees are to be settled at the time of booking. WOOF WOOF! 🐾

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

The Mountainside course on property is only for club members. You can play at the Stowe Country Club owned by the Lodge right it is located down the Road.
