Check-in time is 4:00 pm, and checkout time is at 11:00 am the front desk is open 24 hours a day.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an early check in if your room is ready before 4 pm the front desk will allow you to check in.
Upon checkout, we ask our guest to leave the residence in the same general condition as it was found. Please leave the room clean, place dirty towels in the bathroom, wash dishes, place all garbage in tied bags for disposal, and close the sliding door.
Keys & Fees
Key can be picked up at the main reception desk located in the lobby of THE LODGE; the front desk is open 24 hours a day. You will need to provide the name in which the reservation was made and a photo ID.
Credit cards holds are taken for incidentals during your stay at $150 per night and covers things such as dining, skiing, spa, room service or any other activities that you may charge to your room Upon your departure, please return all keys to the front desk.
Checking in with your Pets
Your pet fee is paid for at the time of booking; the lodge will not charge you for this service. You will be asked to read and sign the Pet Policy before at check-in.
